AP Legal acted as exclusive Serbian legal advisor to Raiffeisen Banka a.d. Beograd in connection with direct acquisition of 100% share capital of Credit Agricole Bank Serbia a.d. Novi Sad and indirect acquisition of 100% share in CA Leasing d.o.o. Belgrade. Completion of transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected in the Q1 of 2022. This is the second major M&A transaction in the Serbian banking sector in last 12 months in which AP Legal acted as legal advisors. The transaction is considered to be another strategic move by Raiffieisen Banka a.d. Beograd towards thier further growth ambition and we are proud to be able support them in their endevaours.
