Deposit Insurance Agency Sells 240 million Euro NPL Portfolio
AP Legal advised EOS Matrix on the acquisition of a EUR 240 million NPL Portfolio from the Serbian Deposit Insurance Agency through a tender sale.
The portfolio purchased by EOS Matrix is made up of a variety of bankrupt Serbian banks in the nominal amount of EUR 240 million. The sale which is part of a larger NPL Resolution Strategy of the Serbia government effectively releases property that has been trapped for years in these portfolios and puts these collaterals back on the market.
