AP Legal and Dentons advise Raiffiesen Banka a.d. Belgrade on their EUR 25 million loan to Sojaprotein

AP Legal acted as Serbian legal adviser to Raiffeisen Banka a.d. Beograd as lender and security agent in relation to EUR 25 million term loan to Sojaprotein, member of MK Group. Financing was provided as part of the club deal which included parallel loan from EBRD in the same amount. In addition to the facility agreements the financing involved shared security package and related intercreditor arrangements. Dentons provided English law legal advice to Raiffeisen Banka a.d. Beograd in connection with intercreditor agreement. AP Legal team was led by Aleksandar Preradovic.
