UniCredit Bank Belgrade Finances the Mind Park Industrial Complex
AP Legal advised UniCredit Bank Serbia in connection with the financing of the development of the first phase of development of the Mind Park industrial complex in Kragujevac.
The project which is being developed by Mind Park Real Estate involves the development of an industrial-commercial complex over two phases. The park will have cca. 104,000 m2 gross leasable area with supporting infrastructure and internal roads.
AP Legal provided full legal support to UniCredit Bank Belgrade for the financing procedures, which involved a full legal due diligence of the project, drafting of the facilities agreement and all other necessary financing documentation.
