Victoria Group Successfully Completes Financial Restructuring
AP Legal served as Serbian legal counsel to a syndicate of lenders that included Erste Group Bank AG, EBRD and IFC in the financial restructuring process of Victoria Group.
Victoria Group is one of the largest agribusiness companies in Serbia and is one of the country’s top agricultural exporters. Following the financial restructuring process, AP Legal also advised on the subsequent sale of secured loan receivables to MK Group in the first-ever transaction of that type and size on the Serbian market.
